Richard Pioch

Saxophone

Mr. Pioch holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Music Education from Eastern Michigan University where he performed as a principal saxophonist and as a member of the Vanguard Saxophone Quartet.  His teaching experience includes years of private lesson teaching and instruction at various public schools in the Metro Detroit area as a clinician and substitute director.  Rick is also a current member of the Michigan School Band and Orchestra Association and owner of the Detroit Wayne Music Studio/Detroit Saxophone Center.

Saxophone instruction is available for any age and experience level.  Students who take lessons have the opportunity to advance their skills as an ensemble player as well as a soloist in various genres.
